Revised Policy & Procedure Manual

The Board believes the revised manual addresses many important topics and reflects the evolving needs of our club. It includes updates to key areas such as Code of Conduct, Health & Safety and League Play. In addition to refining existing policies, we’ve introduced new sections on Volunteer Policies and Membership Management.
As part of the registration process, members will be asked to acknowledge that they have reviewed the updated Policy & Procedure Manual—particularly the sections noted above—through a new waiver form.
